Our Key Stage Three tuition is designed to prevent that dip by grounding learning in kindness and openness, giving children space to talk honestly about what they find difficult while feeling fully supported. We strengthen the fundamentals first: fluent reading, wider
vocabulary, clear sentence construction and secure comprehension. Any KS2 gaps are
addressed early so children can move forward with confidence.

As they settle into Secondary School, we begin to build the foundations of GCSE English in a
gentle, age-appropriate way. This may include exploring writer’s methods, developing
analytical paragraphs, comparing texts, strengthening inference, practising viewpoint writing and refining grammar and punctuation.

Each skill is modelled carefully and broken into
manageable steps. With steady guidance and a kind, open environment and move towards
their GCSE years feeling capable, secure and genuinely confident.
